**Not all listings are located at our facility, some listings are for private individuals and we are just helping to advertise for them**
Til Valhalla Equine is a re-homing facility/program. Our lovely professionals pull and place many equine from auctions, kill lots, sale barns, along with private situations including but not limited to bad situations such as divorces, loss of employment, loss of property, etc. We do accept owner surrenders as well if the situation is needed.
PLEASE do your homework before purchasing any equine or livestock through our program. It is NOT by our intentions to sell or send out sick or unhealthy horses, but because we receive equines from sale barns we have occasionally have had a few common transmitted diseases that are contagious and annoying. This is totally the nature of the beast of saving equine and other livestock from sale barns who are destined for slaughter or otherwise. Even though we clean, sanitize and do our best to quarantine, this is not always effective in the spread of coughs, snotty noses, shipping fever, among others. Even though these contagions are not a deterrent for us and are very common in all facilities, we STRONGLY recommend quarantine processes on all equine and livestock being introduced into a new herd. We are NOT responsible for the spread of such from our program. It is the responsibility of the new owner to follow proper guidelines on quarantine and facility management either at the boarding facility or homeowner of the new destination of the equine or livestock(s). As we always try to give our very best opinion and best guess from a NON-VETERINARIAN standpoint, we always suggest that the purchaser please have a complete veterinarian check of the animal or bring your equine expert to help guide you in a manner of whether or not the equine is a healthy and sound match for your needs and desires.
We do not offer any guarantees or warranties on these equine or livestock, as sometimes they are very new to our facility. We strongly suggest that the new owner follow appropriate quarantine guidelines as well if they are introducing any new resident onto their property. All of our equine and livestock are sold AS IS, unless written exceptions on receipt of placement paperwork. We DO NOT refund any money but will often offer a trade of another equine or livestock. We are NOT a non-profit facility nor do we accept any money from outside sources. This program is fully funded out of our own pockets, if you wish to gift us assistance know it is a gift and we will use it as we see fit.
GUARANTEE/REFUNDS
Til Valhalla Equine does not offer nor implies any guarantees, warranties, or refunds unless expressly written on receipt otherwise. Til Valhalla Equine does offer a trade-in of a equine or livestock that is not working out for the new owner towards the purchase of another equine or livestock, as long as the original equine or lviestock are in the same or better condition as when they left our facility. Because of the nature of the equine and livestock industry, which carries many risks, we are NOT responsible for the equine or livestock once they leave our facility. It is the responsibility of the new owner to request a full veterinarian inspection before the final placement of the equine or livestock if so desired or to answer any health questions. It is also the responsibility of the new owner to make the conclusion of whether or not the equine or livestock is a proper fit for their needs and intended use. You are responsible for making that decision or bringing someone with you whom you have the confidence in to make the decision for you. Til Valhalla Equine discloses all the information that we have on each horse. Sometimes we have a lot of information, including previous owner(s) names and numbers, contact information, pictures, videos, etc. However, more times than not, we have limited information about the equine or livestock and have assessed them to the best of our ability. We have placed many equine and livestock into happy forever homes over the years. It is our intention to continue to do this for many years to come. Therefore, we are not out to intentionally place equine or livestock in improper homes. We love and enjoy the equine and livestock that pass through here and meeting the people who choose to work with us.
